Vacation Bible School




Vacation Bible School
June 15-19, 2009
8:30am-12:00pm
4 year olds - 6th Grade


Hop on board the Boomerang Express for a grand tour of the Land down Under. As kids get a glimpse of the amazing scenery & unique country of Australia, they will discover the amazing truth that Jesus Christ desires to have a unique relationship with them. All week long, kids will stay on a single track of study as they learn abut the life of Peter & how he came to know Jesus.

Youth and Adultswill meet Monday - Thursday from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. Come for an exciting time and learn for yourselves how It All Comes Back to Jesus!
VBS Workshops
Saturday, June 13 – 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday, June 14 – 12:15pm Final Set-up

ONGOING EVENTS

Sunday Morning Bible Study
Warm and dedicated teachers will greet your children every Sunday. Our leaders bring out the best in children as they guide and encourage. Their priority is to build up your kids with the love of God and lead them to a deeper knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Bring your friends and be a part of our exciting Bible study, worship, games, and learning activities at 9:45 am every Sunday.
Mission Groups
We have mission groups for all ages that meet on the second Sunday of each month at 11:00am. We have Mission Friends, Girls in Action and Royal Ambassadors.
TeamKID
TeamKID is a recreation-based discipleship club for three-year-olds through 6th grade each Wednesday night from 6:30pm - 8:00pm.
Other Activities
Througout the year we have other activities such as an Easter Celebration which includes an egg hunt in the Spring, Vacation Bible School & Family Camp-out at Bear Creek Lake during the Summer, Trip to the Pumpkin Patch and Community Fall Festival which includes food, games and music in the Fall and during the Christmas holiday a trip is planned to Swift Creek Mill Playhouse to see a play whilde the children are working hard on their own Christmas production to present to the church.
Vacation Bible School
During the summer, kids can be a part of a wonderful weeklong celebration at our church. Join in Bible study, games, crafts, prizes, and hear exciting stories from missionaries.
Children will discover not only the principles by which God wants us to live, but also that Jesus is the power by which we live.
